Ming Sun is a subsidiary company of Cosmos Machinery (Enterprises) Ltd., which is publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Established in 1987, we have an ISO 9001:2000-certified manufacturing plant located in Dongguan, mainland China. The production base has a total floor area of over 34,520 square meters, and houses 1,700 employees. To many OEM customers, we have emerged as a leading mold maker and plastic injection manufacturer during the past 10 years. We have been constantly introducing state-of-the-art technology and advanced equipment, using 146 plastic injection machines from 40 tons to 700 tons.
We have more than 460 dedicated professional mold makers working in the plastic injection molding division. The tooling department has 185 workers with 29 engineers responsible for mold design and NC programming. 100 sets of mold are exported every year.
Our factory is certified by TUV so we can manufacture products with authorized markings such as CE, CSA and UL. This allows us to complete your projects on time so you can market them as soon as possible, since we can shorten your product development cycles.
