Taiwan Prosperity Electric was established in 1973. We produce high-quality and competitively priced, miniature, sub-miniature and micro miniature lamps for the lighting industry. With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience, we are very skilled at accommodating our customers' unique requirements.
Product quality and service fit for GE
GE is one of our main OEM clients, and that lets you know that we have the ability to meet buyer specifications with precision, and that our standards for quality are high. In fact, to ensure optimum performance in our lamps, we source key components from Germany and Japan. Thirty percent of the filaments and 40 percent of the bases we use are made in Japan.
More than US$8 million invested in two factories
Our first factory was built in Taipei, Taiwan in 1973 and our second factory was built in 1991 in Shanghai, China. We have recently expanded our festoon lamp production, and invested in S-8 wedge base lamp manufacturing equipment. With US$2 million in total capital investment, our QS-9000-certified production process is 60% automated, 20% semi-automated, and 20% manual.
Guaranteed delivery and an increasing capacity
Delivery is guaranteed in 60 days or negotiable. Currently, we employ over 300 people, with a production capacity of 60,000,000 lamps per year. We have plans to increase this capacity in the near future, allowing us to fill your volume orders even more efficiently. Payment terms are L/C at sight or T/T.
