Tunnel kilns for in-house materials processing
Unlike most piezo component manufacturers, we have our own tunnel kilns for processing raw piezoelectric materials. This allows us to control the quality and reliability levels of your products, and gives us added flexibility in handling your OEM/ODM orders. All operations are ISO 9001-certified, and we follow SPC and FMEA guidelines in our testing procedures.
Forty million units annually
GCI factory covers 8,000 square meters of floor space. Equipped with 4 production lines, we can turn out 40 million units annually. Our output includes acoustic products, ceramic components, ceramic materials for disk capacitors and PCB assemblies. Over 300 specifications are available. And all components carry UL certifications.
