Prototypes are often crucial prior to manufacturing a product in quantities to ensure the product performs to specifications and provides the opportunity to correct any errors that may be present but not yet apparent.

At prototype stage we can advise on ways to reduce manufacturing time and cost. This involves looking at nesting of parts on the sheet and material yield. It also involves looking at the number bends in a product and if there are ways these can be reduced to further save on cost.
