Value-Added Services
Where raw materials are in stock, we'll have a sample ready in as few as three days. That includes requests for women's tank tops, skirts, jeans and lace fabric. We take the initiative to recommend our best-selling products to you once every two months. For example, if one design happens to be popular in France, we will suggest it to our buyers in the UK. And more than 20 customer service representatives are available to respond to your questions and inquiries within 24 hours.
Quality Control
We work with ISO 9001:2000-certified partner suppliers: four for garments, four for fabric. All eight have served us reliably since 1997, so you can be sure your products will get manufactured right. Our total monthly capacity is 60,000 garments and 1.2 million meters of fabric. We have 10 QC officers -- all with 10 years of experience -- to supervise inspection at the factory according to your demands. And if you need additional testing services, we'll gladly send your items to ITS.
