About Polyimage (Dongguan) Ltd
At Polyimage (Dongguan), we design and manufacture mobile phone dummies, housings, battery packs and more. Since 1999, we've been working with Motorola to provide them with half their outsourced accessories. That's 400,000 units each month, more than five percent of our 600,000-unit production capacity. Coca Cola comes to us for their accessories as well as clients in Asia, South America, Europe and the Middle East. Thanks to all of this business, we do a total of $8 million in sales each year.
OEM Orders Welcome
Your OEM orders for dummies, accessories and gift premiums are welcome. The R&D team uses digital profile projectors and electron microscopes to produce a sample to your specifications within 50 days. Our mobile phone dummies even include flash-memory ringtones as well as your label. And, we sign a security agreement with you to protect all patents involved.
Our Production Facilities
Our manufacturing centers are located in southern China, giving us access to a skilled labor base as well as the latest technology trends. We use raw materials such as ABS plastic sourced from mainland China, and steel from Sweden. Each item is assembled using equipment from South Korea and the Taiwan area.
Our QC Process
At Motorola's request, we use US testing machines and perform detailed inspections to meet their strict requirements. Our QC team follows ISO 9001:2000-certified guidelines and all of our goods come with CE and UL approvals.
Prompt Delivery
Shipments for 1,000 to 5,000 units can be delivered within eight days.
